Their first game Midnight Stranger in 1994 was a success, so they made a new game called MODE. They ended up with a larger budget for this second game and even added a website version called “Club Mode”. The game reviewed poorly in PG Gamer magazine and Corel never released MODE. The software assets were sold to Hoffmann + Associates of Toronto (My box has their label on it). After they released it, many reviewers were favorable to the game, and it developed a fan base.

Maxell Professional Digital Betacam tape – Tatfilm- Within the whirlwind
Lets talk a little about the history of Beta tapes to give an idea where this tape fits in.
The original Betacam tape came out in 1982, created by Sony, in both Short and Long tape variants. The Betacam camcorder would use the short tapes, but the VCR can play both short and long tapes. The tapes were made of ferric Oxide tape.

The original Simon launched at midnight May 15, 1978 at Studio 54. The room was now lit with the light from a 4 foot replica of the Simon hanging from the ceiling. Not sure if the Simon was given away or sold at the event, but it was an instant hit.
The original Simon being such a success, they released a few new versions such as the pocket and super Simon in 1980.
