I could not find too much information online about this specific light besides a few eBay and Worthpoint links.
But if this Roxter lighting company I found is the same one that made the light, then here is ta brief history of the company.
They opened as a shop metal manufacturing company in 1947, but evolved into the lighting industry in 1965.
They have been owned by Matov Industries since 1993 and continue making lighting fixtures.
